Will you look at that, new Mockingjay things. Yay! It’s just one picture and an entire 43 seconds long video of Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) standing on a statue; but we’re suckers for everything Mockingjay-related, so we love it.

Here it goes.
Some of you might recognize that chair (it’s more of a throne, though, don’t you think?) from teaser pictures and videos from The Hunger Games – Mockingjay, Part 1 of Snow, Peeta and Johanna.
Here’s the big question, though: why on Earth is Katniss wearing red? Is it to represent the fire of the rebellion? That’s the only explanation that makes a little sense… Does anyone have a better idea?

Like I said, it’s just Katniss standing on a statue. Not any statue, though – it’s a hand doing the symbol. You know the symbol – the three fingers that kinda became a symbol of the rebellion as well? The one that people in District 12 did when Katniss volunteered for Prim, and that Katniss then did when Rue died.
She’s wearing red like on the picture, and a cape. Kinda look like Superman, a little bit. Or a character from out of The Incredibles; but what would Edna say about the cape?
