5 TV-Shows We’re Excited For In 2016

New year, new shows. Or old shows with new seasons. Whatever. You know what I mean. And because 2016 is a year full of exciting TV-show related stuff, we thought it’d be fun to make a list of the 5 TV-Shows We’re Excited For In 2016.

1. Agent Carter Season 2

It took them a while, but season 2 of Agent Carter is finally coming! It’s to premiere on January 19th, and we are so looking forward to it! They moved it from New York to Los Angeles, but kept most of the cast, and we reeaally want to know what’s going to happen to one of the most badass women on TV!

2. Shadowhunters

We loved The Mortal Instruments books. And now they’re giving us a TV-show, premiering on January 12th! And although they’ve changed a lot of things from the books, Shadowhunters still looks great – and we are totally giving that show a chance. Because it might be good despite not being 100% like the books.

3. The Shannara Chronicles

Sam read The Elfstones of Shannara, which is kinda the book the TV-show is based on from what I’ve gathered, and although she was a bit disappointed, she says that she loves the story. Plus, it’s a TV-show about an “epic quest”, filmed in New Zealand – so of course we want to watch it! And it’s coming soon: January 5th.

4. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow

We love the DC TV-shows on the CW, so we’re confident that Legends of Tomorrow is going to be freaking awesome as well. We are definitely looking forward to meet characters like Sara Lance, Ray Palmer, Captain Cold, Firestorm, Heat Wave, Hawkman and Hawkgirl in their own show. And we’re rather curious about Rip Hunter as well. So, please don’t disappoint us? Premiere date: January 21st.

5. Daredevil Season 2 

We f*cking loved the first season of Daredevil. And we can’t WAIT for season 2 and see our favorite Avocados back on the small screen! The pictures look awesome – now we’d love to get a trailer, please? Or a release date. We’ll settle for a release date.
