5 Most Anticipated Books In 2016

We talked about movies. We talked about TV-shows. But since we both love reading as well, it’s time to talk about books. Books we can’t wait to read this year, when they are finally published.

Plus, we needed an alternative for the 5 Fandom Friday, which is supposed to be 5 Ways We Grew/Changed/Evolved in 2015 – because, let’s be honest, we haven’t changed in any major way that is worth writing about. And we prefer keeping the smaller things to ourselves. So, we decided to make it a list of our 5 Most Anticipated Books Of 2016.

1.  Lady Midnight (The Dark Artifices #1)

We love Cassandra Clare. And her books. So can we have Lady Midnight now? Please?!

2. Throne of Glass #5

We don’t even have a title or cover at the moment. But we are super pumped for this book.  The last one left us on the edge of our seats and we need to know how the story continues. ASAP. Please?

3. The Last Star (The 5th Wave #3)

We loved the first book. We thought the second one was good but not as good as the first one. But that won’t stop us from reading the last one. Here’s to hoping The Last Star is as good as The 5th Wave!

4. Stars Above

This is just a book with short stories from the Lunar Chronicle universe. But since the saga was so amazing, every piece of new information and story is a must-read.

5. The Winds of Winter (Game of Thrones #6)

Okay, nobody knows if this book is really coming out this year. But we hope for the best, because we’ve waited long enough.

  1. I can’t wait for the new Magnus Chase book to come out in the autumn, and then the third Captive Prince book is being released in the next few months, which I’m SO excited about 😀
